  • Born 1959 in Denver, Colorado
  • Enjoyed 18 glorious years in Colorado ... (God's Country)
  • Enlisted in the Navy - 1977
  • Married my lovely bride, Cathy - 1981
  • B.S. in Behavioral Science from the University of La Verne - 1987
  • M.A. in General Psychology from the University of West Florida - 1993
  • Retired from the Navy as a Master Chief Radioman (Surface Warfare Specialist/Master Training Specialist) - 2000
  • Ph.D. in Cognitive and Sensory Processes from the University of Florida - 2004
  • Began what thus far has been a wonderful career as a professor at Randolph-Macon College - 2004
