Opening Ceremonies: June 23, 2013 (Sunday) 

Latin Academy

Check-in                                   Opening Ceremony
9:30-11:00: a.m.                       12:00-1:00 p.m.

Make plans to arrive at Andrews Hall (#61 on map: 420 Henry Street, Ashland VA 23005) at R-MC according to the schedule above.    Please allow adequate time to move in and unpack before the opening ceremony.  Lunch is on your own.  Cars may be unloaded in Lot I.  After unloading, please move your car to Lots D or E or street parking. 

The opening ceremonies will take place in the Blackwell Auditorium (#16 on map).  Both students and parents should attend the opening ceremony.  See Attachment in info packet for a map and directions.
