From R-MC by car: Head west on Route 54 for about 4 miles. You will turn left (there is a brown sign) toward Liberty Middle School. Continue straight back to the parking areas.
From R-MC by bike: Head west on College Avenue, cross the tracks (it becomes Henry Clay Rd. west of the tracks), and continue several blocks, then go left on Snead St. After one block go right on Thompson St (Route 54). Go a few hundred feet, and then fork left on Yowell Rd just before the dry cleaners. Continue on Yowell, straight through one stop sign (at Elmont Rd), continuing straight until it ends in a T intersection after about 3 miles at Blanton Road. Turn right and go for a little over a mile on Blanton. Take a sharp left on Winston Rd (just before a huge brick house with a pond). Poor farm trails will be on your right in about a quarter mile - enter via the fire road with the chain across its entrance. The entrance is just beyond and across the street from the first house you'll come to on Winston. Don't worry...it's a park, and you are not trespassing.
